Office Activity Master - Help Guide
The Office Activity Master module allows you to record, manage, and track various office activities such as meetings, celebrations, events, training sessions, and internal gatherings.
This feature helps maintain transparency, monitors participation, and calculates the total time spent in activities.
How to Open
- Go to Settings > Project > Office Activity.
- Click on Open to access the Office Activity page.
1. Office Activity List Page
This page displays all office activities added by the user or admin.
1.1 Page Summary Highlights

2. Add Office Activity
Click on Add Office Activity to open the activity creation form.

3. Steps to Add Office Activity
- Click on Add Office Activity.
- Fill in all required fields:
- Enter Activity Name.
- Select Activity Date.
- Choose Location.
- Enter Number Of People Join.
- Enter Time Spent in minutes.
- Attach file if needed using Office Activity File.
- Enter Objective.
- Enter Outcome.
- Click Save.
- The activity will appear in the main list and total time will be auto updated.
4. Edit Office Activity
- Click the Edit (?) icon in the Action column.
- Update the required information.
- Click Save to store the changes.
5. View Activity Details
- Click the View (?) icon in the Action column.
- A full page detail view will open showing the complete activity information.
6. Delete Activity
- Click the Delete (?) icon in the Action column.
- Confirm deletion in the confirmation popup.
- The activity will be removed from the list.
7. Download Activity File
- Click the Download (?) icon in the Action column.
- The attached file will be downloaded to your system.
8. Important Notes
- Only required fields must be filled to save the activity.
- Time spent must be entered in minutes. The system automatically converts it to hours.
- This module helps track productivity, participation rate, and event impact inside the company.
