Default Lead View
Select the default view for displaying leads in the system:
  • List View: Displays leads in a structured table format.
  • Kanban View: Organizes leads into columns based on their stage or status.

Select Yes to enable automatic or manual linking of leads to their associated profiles for improved tracking and relationship management. This ensures each lead is connected to the relevant profile, simplifying communication and follow-up management.

Lead Assignment Algorithm
Select how leads should be assigned to employees:
  • Manual: Leads are assigned manually by an admin or manager.
  • Round Robin: Leads are automatically distributed among team members in a round-robin manner to ensure equal allocation.

Sales Tracking & GPS Settings
Salesperson Location Tracking Duration Interval (Sec)
Enter the duration (in seconds) for how frequently the system should capture the salesperson's GPS location. Example: Enter 300 to record the location every 5 minutes.

Location Tracking Status Check Interval (Min)
Enter the time interval (in minutes) to determine user activity. If a tracking record exists within this interval from the current time, the user will be marked as active; otherwise, they will be considered offline. Example: Enter 10 to mark users as active if a record exists within the last 10 minutes.

Require GPS For Tracking
This setting requires users to have GPS (Location Services) enabled on their device to perform any attendance-related actions, including:
  • Punch In / Punch Out
  • Check-In / Check-Out
  • Break-In / Break-Out
If GPS is not active, the system will block these actions.

Reminder Settings
Default Reminder Time For Meetings And Follow-ups
This setting allows you to set a default reminder time for all scheduled meetings and follow-ups. Users will receive a notification either 15 or 30 minutes before the scheduled event, depending on the selected option.
