Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation within 7 days of the applicable order or engagement.
Cancellation requests should be communicated to Aarvi Technology through the appropriate sales, support, or account contact.
Where a separate commercial agreement includes specific cancellation conditions, those agreed terms will apply.
Refund Process

Refund to the original payment mode
For an approved cancelled order, the applicable refund will be initiated through the same online payment mode used for the original transaction.

The refund will be initiated within 7 working days after approval.

Credited by your bank or provider
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank, payment provider, or payment gateway.

Semsto is provided as a configurable business solution, and customer engagements may vary depending on the selected capabilities, implementation requirements, customization, integrations, data migration, training, support, and other agreed services.
Specific cancellation, payment, milestone, implementation, and refund terms may also be defined in the customer's:
- Quotation
- Proposal
- Order Form
- Statement of Work
- Service Agreement
- Other mutually accepted commercial document
Where any such document contains specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms will apply together with this policy.
