Employee Designation
This section is used to create, manage and organize employee designations within the company. It helps in assigning clear job titles under respective departments for better employee and reporting structure management.
Purpose
The Designation Module defines all employee roles within departments. It helps to standardize job positions, link designations to departments and manage employee role hierarchy.
- Features: Employee Master: For assigning designations to employees.
- Project Assignment: For defining role-based responsibilities.
- Reports: To filter and group employees or tasks by designation.

- Add Designation: Opens the form to create a new designation.
- Total Count: Displays the total number of designations created in the system.

Example: Adding a New Designation:
- Go to Employee → Designation.
- Click on + Add Designation.
- Enter the name of the designation (e.g., “Team Leader”).
- Select the department (e.g., “Development”).
- Choose Active as the status.
- Click Save.
The new designation will appear in the list and be available for selection in other modules such as Employee Master.
