This is a summary report of all overdue lead actions for employees. When the rule is activated, a summary report is generated, including information such as the employee's name, the lead's name, lead’s Action Name, and the number of days overdue.
By implementing this rule, supervisors can receive timely updates on missed lead actions and take corrective actions to ensure that their team members are on track with their responsibilities.
