Email Configuration (SMTP)
To send transactional emails, configure SMTP settings
Allow Email
Select Yes to enable the system to send
emails for notifications, reports, alerts and other communications.
Example: Yes
SMTP Host Name
Enter the SMTP host name for sending emails. By default, this is often set to
"localhost", but it may vary depending on your email server or provider.
Example: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port
Enter the SMTP port number used for sending emails. The default is typically 25.
Example: 587
SMTP Username
Enter the email address associated with your SMTP account. This email will be used
as the sender address for all outgoing emails from the system.
Example: aarvistaff@gmail.com
SMTP Password
Set password for your SMTP Mail Account
Example: yourpassword
