How to import lead in CRM

Go to Top Panel > CRM  > Lead > Add lead

Guidelines:

Please use the following guidelines for the Import of Leads:

Make sure Lead By/ Lead Assign To to use either employee code or exact employee name with Firstname & Lastname.

Make sure Lead Title is entered.

Make sure Lead Current Stage is entered. For Lead Stage, Use exact lead stage name from your Lead Stage Master.

For Lead Source, Use exact lead source name from your Lead Source Master.

For Lead Industry, Use exact lead industry name from your Lead Industry Master.

For Lead Product, Use exact lead product name from your Lead Product Master.

Make sure Client Company Name is entered.

Make sure Client Name is entered.

Make sure Client Mobile No is entered.
